Coaching for Coaches
To generate personal transformation
No one can give what they don't already have
To be effective coaches or leaders, the persons interested must commit to self-reflection and self-mastery as fundamental practices for lifelong development.
Training processes must address the mind, body, spirit and emotional life, given that each is a source of wisdom and enriches the other.
We believe that the art and practice of coaching relies on careful listening, mutual relationships and connection. Coaches have the ability to see “what is” and “what could be.” We believe that leaders must be observant and influential at the organizational level.

2. Coaching for Coaches
What is Coaching for Coaches about?
Ligia Olvera’s Coaching for Coaches seeks to help coaches learn about themselves and evolve as a whole. Once participants have completed this process, they are able to help others. From a theoretical standpoint, no one can help another person; a coach in training must participate in his or her own coaching process to become a coach.
3. Mentoring
Mentoring for coaches is a fundamental service, in order to be eligible to apply for the first license offered by the International Coach Federation (ICF), an applicant must have received 10 hours of mentoring from a coach who is certified as a mentor. During these sessions, mentors provide coaches in training with constructive criticism, based on their analysis of pre-recorded sessions.
4. Supervision
Another important service provided to coaches during their training process is supervision. During supervision sessions, different dilemmas are addressed. Having a supervisor enables coaches to access resources, grow as coaches, gain greater confidence in dealing with clients, and learn from challenges faced by others.
